Designer Full-Stack (Creative)

Role Purpose

Shape how the brand is perceived by consumers through creative ideas and a consistent visual identity, going beyond execution into concept development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Creative Ideation

• Develop concepts for campaigns, key visuals, and brand activities
• Contribute from early-stage ideation, not just execution

2. Art Direction & Brand Visual

• Define and maintain visual direction across channels (digital, POSM, events)
• Ensure consistency with brand identity

3. Design Execution

• Deliver creative assets (KV, social content, POSM, packaging)
• Work with production teams to ensure output quality

4. Creative Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with Marketing team and agencies
• Contribute creative perspectives to campaign development

Yêu cầu ứng viên

Professional Experience & Skills

• 2–5 years of experience in Creative / Art / Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept thinking and storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus)
• Strong aesthetic sense with understanding of branding and consumer behavior

• Proactive in proposing ideas, not waiting for detailed briefs
• Comfortable with fast iterations and changing directions
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of both conceptual thinking and hands-on execution
• Strong ownership of final creative outputs
