Data Analyst (Performance)

Measure end-to-end performance of marketing campaigns and business initiatives.
Calculate campaign P&L and charge-back allocation across Business Units (BU).
Build, maintain, and optimize automated performance dashboards and recurring reports.
Develop and optimize SQL queries to analyze large datasets from the Data Warehouse.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain high standards of data quality.
Analyze customer behavior through segmentation, RFM, Cohort Analysis, and other analytical models.
Collaborate with Business, Marketing, and Finance teams to provide actionable insights and performance recommendations.
Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini to improve SQL development, reporting automation, and analytical efficiency.
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Performance Analytics, or similar roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience working with Data Warehouse environments.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Metabase, or equivalent.
Good understanding of Customer Analytics, Customer Segmentation, RFM, and Cohort Analysis.
Basic knowledge of P&L analysis and business performance measurement is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Experience using AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and automate analytical workflows is a plus.
