Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and sharp Data Analyst to build our data infrastructure from scratch and deliver actionable insights for key stakeholders. In this role, you will lead data analytics across Sales, Marketing, and E-Commerce, supporting multiple brands simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Data Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain automated data pipelines, data models, and interactive dashboards from scratch (using SQL, Python, and modern BI tools).
Cross-Departmental Analytics: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to track performance across Social Commerce (Socom), E-Commerce (Ecom), Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), and Shopper/Retail channels.
Media & Performance Tracking: Analyze data across Paid, Owned, and Earned (POE) media channels to optimize ROI and campaign performance.
Multi-Brand Management: Oversee and analyze data systems for multiple brands concurrently without sacrificing speed or accuracy.
Insight Delivery: Translate raw numbers into sharp, proactive business insights and recommendations for non-technical teams.
Technical Skills & Tools
Database & Querying: Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and query optimization (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake, or MySQL).
BI & Visualization: Strong experience building production-ready dashboards and reports in Power BI, Looker / Looker Studio, or Tableau.
Programming & Automation: Proficient in Python or R for data cleaning, transformation, automation, and exploratory data analysis (Pandas, NumPy).
E-Com & Ad Platforms Integration: Experience consolidating data from platforms like Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Shopee/Lazada APIs, and Shopify/DTC backend systems.
Excel/Sheets: Master of advanced Excel / Google Sheets (VBA, Power Query, complex array formulas) for rapid ad-hoc reporting.
Experience & Soft Skills
Domain Knowledge: Proven experience handling Sales, Marketing, Ecom, Socom, DTC, and Shopper Marketing data.
End-to-End Execution: Proven track record of building data solutions from scratch—from raw data ingest to end-user reporting.
Multi-Brand Capability: Ability to manage and scale analytics for multiple brands in parallel.
Business Acumen & Speed: Quick-thinking with the ability to draw meaningful, actionable insights rapidly.
Collaboration: Strong teamwork, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
