• Handle customs procedures for import and export goods of an EPE in compliance with regulations

• Perform related customs activities such as goods destruction, notification of production facilities, and outsourced warehouse reporting...

• Support the manager in customs finalization reports and working with Customs authorities during audits or inspections

• Update customs regulations and carry out other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Graduated from university (compulsory), major: Customs, Import-Export, International Business,

Economics, Supply chain management, Logistics, ...

• At least 1 year of experience in customs operation, experience working in an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE) is preferred.

• Practical experience and ability to handle customs-related tasks, including:

+ Customs procedures, including import and export declarations and tax-free goods management

+ Certificates of Origin (C/O), rules of origin, and related documentation

+ Customs finalization reports

+ Support for post-clearance audits and customs inspections

• Basic knowledge and practical understanding of Vietnam Customs regulations (Circulars 38, 39, 121; Decrees 08, 167, 128, etc.).

• Proficient in English, MS Office

• Soft skills: problem solving, logical thinking
