Customs Specialist

• Collect the shipping documents for the goods and prepare the service file (transit, customs)

• Prepare documents relating to the international movement of goods (invoice, customs declaration, tax)

• Manage and resolve disputes/questions during customs clearance operations with operational staff and/or the customs administration.

• Manage customs declaration files

• Manage transit files, export; import of products

• Control the invoicing of customs operations

• Import/Export Flow Specificity

• Track and optimize inventory

• Ensure compliance with incoterm regulations (international transport code)

• Prepare customs documents relating to the transit of goods

• Track shipments and deliveries of materials and equipment

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related field.

• 2–5 years in import/export/logistics roles in manufacturing factories especially EPE.

• Familiarity with customs regulations and ERP/SAP system.

• Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
