Reconnect with prospective patients

●      Reach out to existing leads who registered for information but haven't completed their consultation.

●      Reignite interest through thoughtful, professional conversations.

●      Understand their current concerns, treatment readiness, and expectations.

Build trust through meaningful conversations

●      Represent Dr. Care with empathy and professionalism; listen actively before recommending next steps.

Qualify patient readiness

●      Update customer status after each conversation: Interested / Not Interested / Unable to Reach.

●      Fluent spoken English with excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

●      Professional writing ability with strong attention to detail.

●      Responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated.

●      Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.

●      Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping people.

Preferred experience: Customer Service, Customer Success, Patient Support, Contact/Call Center, Telesales, or Lead Qualification. Experience with international/English-speaking customers is a plus; healthcare or dental background is an advantage but not required.

Employment type: Part-time

Schedule: Minimum 90 minutes/day, 3–4 working days/week, minimum 20 outbound calls/day.

Flexible working schedule upon agreement

●      Expected monthly income: VND 5,000,000 – 10,000,000

●      Performance bonus: re-engage 5 patients who submit photos/X-ray → VND 1,000,000; 10 patients → VND 2,000,000
