Customer On-Boarding

• ⁠Execute end-to-end client onboarding activities, including platform setup, system configuration, user training, and go-live support. 
• ⁠Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs), merchants, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure onboarding requirements are completed and merchants are operationally ready for launch.
• Coordinate onboarding timelines, identify issues, and proactively drive issue resolution to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation, user guides, and process records while gathering merchant feedback to continuously improve onboarding workflows and customer experience.
• ⁠Escalate technical, operational, or integration-related issues to the relevant teams and track them through to resolution.
• Conduct post-onboarding handovers to KAMs, ensuring all account configurations, operational requirements, and outstanding matters are properly documented and communicated.

• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems. Having logistics knowledge is a plus point
• Good English (required for working with international merchants/partners).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple onboarding cases at once.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Workspace, etc.); familiarity with CRM/ticketing tools is a plus.
