Customer Development Supervisor

Coordinate with the R&D/ QFS/ Production/ Logistics team to discuss and get aligned on product specifications, comply with imported country legislation, and prevent any issue in mass production from happening.
Coordinate with regional marketing offices to understand customer requirements and ensure accurate communication to internal team.
Work actively with other departments to respond to customers' inquiries in an accurate and timely manner. Including: sample request, documentation request, complaints if any, etc.
Keep regular follow up for feedback on samples sent.
Do research, prepare tendering documentation and support for quality related activities to implement bidding after awarded.
Follow up with relevant departments to ensure a smooth execution of customer orders, from order receipt to cargo delivery, ensure on time and in full shipments.
Make weekly/monthly/ad-hoc reports.
Other tasks assigned by the manager.
Graduated from University, preferably in Economics, International Business, Business Administration or related field
At least 2 years’ experience in Sales, Sales Admin or related positions
