Curriculum Development Executive (R&D)

2.1. Curriculum & Content Development: 

• Design comprehensive learning packages, including lesson plans, student workbooks, teacher’s guides, and supplementary digital resources.
• Ensure all materials align with specific proficiency frameworks (such as CEFR) and international assessment standards.
• Research and integrate modern pedagogical trends, such as gamification, flipped classroom models, and blended learning techniques, into existing modules.

2.2. Assessment Design:

• Develop robust formative and summative assessments, including placement tests, mock exams, and progress checks.
• Create standardized scoring rubrics with clear, fixed descriptors to ensure grading consistency across the teaching team.

2.3. Quality Control & Revision:

• Regularly review existing course materials based on teacher feedback and student performance data to identify areas for updates.
• Maintain high editorial standards, ensuring all produced materials are error-free and visually professional.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in curriculum mapping and content creation.
•  Familiarity with standardized test structures (e.g., IELTS, Linguaskill, or Cambridge Main Suite) is highly preferred.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (Canva or similar) to create visually engaging layouts.
• Ability to break down complex language skills into digestible, scaffolded learning steps.
