1. Merchandising management

Quản lý trưng bày hàng hóa, đảm bảo đầy đủ, đúng sơ đồ, đúng giá; đặt hàng, kiểm soát tồn kho, xử lý hàng chậm bán hoặc hư hỏng, thực hiện kiểm kê định kỳ.

Manage merchandise display to ensure full stock, correct layout, and accurate pricing; place orders, control inventory, handle slow-moving or damaged goods, and conduct regular stocktaking.

2. Cashier task

Giám sát hoạt động thu ngân, đảm bảo thiết bị và tiền lẻ đầy đủ, xử lý sai sót, gian lận, thực hiện đóng ca và các báo cáo liên quan.

Supervise cashier operations, ensure sufficient equipment and change, handle errors or fraud, manage shift handovers, and prepare required reports.

3. Customer service

Giải quyết khiếu nại, hỗ trợ khách hàng và nhân viên, hướng dẫn chương trình khuyến mãi, đảm bảo thái độ phục vụ đúng quy chuẩn.

Resolve customer complaints, support staff, brief on promotions, and maintain company standards for service attitude and behavior.

4. MMD

Kiểm soát nhập hàng, chứng từ, tồn kho, hủy hàng, làm việc với nhà cung cấp và bộ phận kế toán để đối soát hóa đơn, nộp tiền định kỳ.

Monitor merchandise receiving, verify documents and inventory, oversee merchandise disposal, coordinate with suppliers and accounting for invoice reconciliation and regular cash deposits.

5. Manpower planning

Lập kế hoạch ca làm, phân công nhân sự, đảm bảo đủ nhân lực, quản lý chấm công, đào tạo, đánh giá hiệu suất, xây dựng đội ngũ kế thừa.

Plan shifts and manpower, assign staff, ensure adequate coverage, manage attendance, provide training, evaluate performance, and develop succession planning.

6. Sales, profit, 5S

Đảm bảo doanh số, lợi nhuận, triển khai chương trình khuyến mãi, theo dõi kết quả bán hàng, duy trì tiêu chuẩn 5S về vệ sinh, sắp xếp và an toàn.

Achieve sales and profit targets, execute promotions, track sales results, and maintain 5S standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• College or Technical school graduate
• Abilities to communicate in English (verbal & written)
• At least one year relate experience in retailing/supermarket environment
• Have experience in PET SHOP/ PET STORE is a plus
• Good communication skill, problem solving and leadership skill
• Customer focused
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
• Good presentation and sales skill
• Computer literate (Work, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
• Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company’s assignment is a plus
