CSA BIM Modeler

• Develop and update 3D BIM models (Revit, AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks, etc.) for industrial projects
• Coordinate with design engineers across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP, fire protection, etc.) to ensure the models are accurate, consistent, and meet technical requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolution between systems using tools like Navisworks.
• Extract 2D drawings from BIM models to support design submissions, construction documentation, and shop drawings.
• Revise and update models based on design changes, feedback from consultants, clients, or site teams.
• Follow project-specific BIM standards, company BIM protocols, and client requirements.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working with BIM in industrial construction projects is a plus.
• Proficiency in Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM collaboration platforms such as Autodesk BIM 360, ACC, or Trimble Connect is a plus.
• Solid understanding of industrial construction methods, building systems, and technical standards.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work well in a collaborative team environment.
