About us

SECUTIX is an industry-leading entertainment ticketing software. The largest sports clubs, live events, museums, and the greatest world sports tournaments use our product. We are looking for a qualified CRM Data Quality Officer to join our team, whose mission is to ensure the integrity and reliability of our CRM data — by cleaning, standardising, and monitoring data quality across Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities in Salesforce, while driving compliance with data governance standards and empowering Sales and Customer Success teams to maintain accurate, trustworthy data at all times.

Your responsibilities

• Execute data cleaning and standardization for Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities
• Identify and merge duplicate records following defined rules
• Monitor data quality metrics (completeness, accuracy, duplicate rate)
• Maintain and update Salesforce reports and dashboards
• Validate pipeline data integrity for forecasting
• Follow and enforce data entry standards, required fields, and validation rules
• Train Sales & Customer Success in data entry practices and follow-up on compliance

Your Skills and Experience

Your qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field.
• Above 2 years in the IT industry with CRM systems, especially Salesforce
• Understands CRM data architecture across Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities
• Apply data cleaning and quality management practices across teams
• Maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce or equivalent tools
• Following governance standards; not the author of policies, but a disciplined implementer
• Take ownership of data quality tasks with a strong data quality mindset
• Coordinate with stakeholders and follow up on data compliance
• Proficiency in English is required

• Familiarity with Salesforce duplicate rules and validation rules
