- Translate brand strategies, product priorities, and marketing objectives into clear creative concepts and visual directions.
- Develop campaign ideas, key visuals, storytelling approaches, and creative toolkits for international markets.
- Define the appropriate mood, tone, and visual language for each campaign, product line, and communication channel.
- Ensure all creative outputs strengthen Karofi’s brand positioning and clearly communicate product value.
- Lead and manage the in-house creative team, including 2D/3D Designers, Video Editors, and Visual Content Specialists.
- Allocate projects, set priorities, and provide clear direction and feedback throughout the creative process.
- Review and approve creative materials to ensure quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and market relevance.
- Coach and develop team capabilities in creative thinking, execution, presentation, and commercial awareness.
- Oversee the development of creative materials across digital, social media, video, e-commerce, retail, events, and corporate communication.
- Lead creative execution for campaigns, product launches, brochures, catalogs, presentations, POSM, signage, displays, and showroom concepts.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product, and Local Market teams to ensure creative solutions support business needs.
- Adapt creative concepts across markets and channels while maintaining a consistent brand identity.
- Build and improve creative workflows, including briefing, prioritization, production, feedback, approval, and asset delivery.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, internal resources, and external creative partners when required.
- Monitor market, consumer, design, and competitor trends to identify opportunities for creative improvement.
- Apply AI and other creative technologies to improve ideation, content development, adaptation, and production efficiency.
- Proactively recommend new tools, formats, and working methods that improve creative quality and team productivity.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Branding, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in creative, branding, or marketing, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Background in either consumer brand management and 360° campaigns or creative strategy and integrated campaigns at an agency.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Figma, video, or 3D tools is an advantage.
- Practical use of AI tools is highly preferred; proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint is a plus.
- Fluent English and a strong portfolio demonstrating both strategic thinking and creative execution.
