Continuous Improvement Engineer/Ims Engineer

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, standardize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
- Monitor quality performance, analyze data, and support frontline teams in implementing and sustaining quality improvement initiatives.
- Apply the PDCA (Plan–Do–Check–Act) methodology to identify improvement opportunities and optimize processes based on performance data and feedback.
- Support and conduct internal and external management system audits (e.g., ISO), ensuring audit findings are effectively tracked, resolved, and closed within agreed timelines.
- Utilize quality improvement tools and problem-solving methodologies to identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes, quality systems, and overall business performance.
- Perform other duties and participate in projects as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Systems Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or another Engineering discipline.
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in Continuous Improvement, Quality, Process Engineering, or related functions.
- Good knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, Process Improvement, and ISO Management Systems.
- Familiar with problem-solving tools such as QC Story, 5 Whys, Statistical Analysis, and the QC 7 Tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and lead improvement initiatives.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
