task group: vietsuccess channel’s content (70%) write program s for the company's programs. video editing: basic cutting and assembling of video footage to ensure the content is concise and accurate. draft content for multiple channels (youtube, podcast, facebook, instagram, linkedin, tiktok), ensuring brand consistency across channels. assist in developing new programs in line with the channel's direction including: host casting, format building, and content planning. coordinate with departments in building production plans, shooting, editing videos, designing content for platforms. support the channel's hosts in preparing content, and assist them during recording to maintain a professional image. perform other tasks assigned by the manager. task group: customer services (30%) develop content that supports clients’ brand storytelling objectives. assist in preparing content proposals in line with clients’ communication objectives and expectations. collaborate with other departments to build content marketing campaigns for clients on relevant channels. work with departments to handle problems that may arise in order to support and take care of customers.

Minimum 1 year of experience in content production. Preference will be given to candidates with experience or a background in journalism, communication, or fields related to economics, finance, education, etc.
Good writing, editing, presentation skills and a creative mindset.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience as a host or MC.
Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in English.
Preference will be given to candidates with basic video editing skills.
Good video & visual thinking mindset.
Ability to search for information, update on the latest trends, and a keen sense for discovering interesting topics.
Basic understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Podcast, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their content formats.
Proactive attitude, open to feedback, and confident in presenting ideas.
Ability to self-study and continuously improve.
