Content Creator (TikTok / Instagram/ Facebook)

- Plan and produce short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Facebook) featuring the factory, products, workshop life, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Travel to the Binh Duong factory 2–3x/week to film footage, interview staff, and capture the production process.
- Manage the day-to-day content calendar and posting across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Actively engage with the online community — respond to comments/DMs, build relationships with followers, host livestreams.
- Represent the brand in a hospitable, talkative, and approachable way on camera and online.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager on content strategy, campaigns, and maintaining brand voice.
- Track trends, sounds, and hashtags; adapt content format for reach and engagement.
- Report basic performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth) to the Brand Manager.

- Fresh graduates welcome (Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related) — full training provided, no prior professional experience required.
- Genuine, active user of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook — understands what performs and why.
- Comfortable on camera; hospitable, talkative, and naturally good at engaging with people.
- English skills, both oral and written.
- Willing and able to travel to Binh Duong 2–3x/week for factory visits.
- Diligent and reliable, with flexible availability including weekends (rotating day off provided).
- Based in Ho Chi Minh City, able to work in-office at the District Office.
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, or similar).
- An existing personal social channel or content portfolio.
