Computer Vision/AI Vision Engineer

About The Role
We are a fast-growing tech enterprise expanding our smart automation capabilities in Vietnam. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Junior Computer Vision Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing, optimizing, and maintaining real-time computer vision algorithms and deploying them into practical hardware and edge environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Algorithm Development: Build, train, and optimize real-time computer vision models for object detection, tracking, and pixel-level classification.
• Data Engineering: Manage end-to-end vision data pipelines, including automated data collection, image processing, labeling standard formulation, and dataset balancing.
• Edge Deployment: Support the integration, optimization, and practical deployment of deep learning models onto local hardware and edge devices.
• System Optimization: Conduct error analysis, perform continuous model fine-tuning based on field test results, and improve overall system reliability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Technical documentation writing and collaboration with engineering teams to ensure smooth software-hardware integration.

Job Requirements 

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in CS, AI, Automation, EE, or related engineering fields.
• Experience: 1–3 years in Computer Vision, Image Processing, or AI development.
• Tech Stack: Proficient in Python and OpenCV; hands-on experience with YOLO and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
• Key Skills: Experienced in processing live camera streams, data labeling, and model fine-tuning.
• On-site Capability: Willing to work on-site at our manufacturing facilities to troubleshoot practical camera and deployment issues.
• Language: Professional working proficiency in English (reading/writing).

Nice to Have 

• Experience with industrial edge deployment (ONNX, TensorRT, Nvidia Jetson).
• Familiarity with industrial cameras, RTSP streams, or factory visual inspection systems.
• Exposure to modern Multimodal/VLM models (e.g., Qwen-VL, LLaVA).
