- Work Location: Amata Industrial Park, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai City, Vietnam
- Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 days/week) 70 - 160
- Report: Korean Manager (English language)
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer trends, business information, and market activities related to EVA compounds and chemical materials across various industries.
- Review and report sales performance by customer and product line (EVA-based materials) on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Provide technical support on EVA compounds, assist in troubleshooting, and prepare samples or recommend formulation improvements based on customer requirements.
- Ensure product quality, consistency, and stability during production and application processes.
- Conduct trial runs and approval tests for EVA materials, and support customers in resolving technical issues during manufacturing.
- Develop new markets and customers in industrial sectors such as adhesives, films, coatings, wire & cable, and related applications to expand sales revenue.
- Work closely with R&D and production teams to optimize EVA formulations and meet customer specifications.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in EVA compound, polymer compounding, plastic materials, or related chemical products (e.g. adhesives, resins, masterbatch).
- Strong knowledge of polymer properties, compounding processes (blending, extrusion, molding), and material testing methods.
- Experience in technical support, product application, or technical sales is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. (Chinese is an advantage)
