Compliance & Costing Officer

* Job Purpose

This hybrid position is designed to optimize operational costs for a manufacturing facility of 100 - 200 employees. The successful candidate will be equally responsible for ensuring the factory complies with Vietnamese Labor Laws and international standards (SMETA, GRS), while simultaneously managing product costing, raw material consumption analysis, and manufacturing budget optimization.

• Education: College or University degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or related branches.

• Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Factory Product Costing within a manufacturing setting and preferred experience of Social Compliance/ Auditing with a strong willingness to learn and master the parallel function.
