Compliance Auditor (Factory / Manufacturing)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Compliance Auditor to conduct factory audits across social compliance, quality systems, and security standards (CTPAT). This role offers strong exposure to international audit practices and opportunities to work with global clients and manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct factory audits (Social Compliance, Quality Systems, CTPAT)

• Prepare audit reports, summaries, and supporting documentation

• Follow up on corrective action plans (CAP) with factories/vendors

• Support factories in understanding compliance standards and requirements

• Participate in client and third-party audit activities

• Maintain and update audit database and records

• Travel to factory sites as required

Requirements

Must-have:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1–3 years of experience in auditing / compliance / QA (manufacturing preferred)

• Good English communication (written & spoken)

• Willing to travel frequently

• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in social compliance / CTPAT / quality audits

• Experience working with international clients or third-party auditors

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes
