Compliance Audit Supervisor (English or Chinese, ID21242)

Our client is a foreign invested company, now looking for a Compliance Audit Supervisor (English or Chinese, $800, ID21242)Lead the development, update, and control of documentation, records, and management systems in compliance with Social Responsibility (SMETA, RBA, ICTI), Environmental & Sustainability (ISO 14001, Higg FEM, FSC), and Quality (ISO 9001) standards.
Conduct internal audits to identify risks related to labor compliance, payroll, HSE, information security, and production operations.
Coordinate and support relevant departments in preparing for customer, third-party, and regulatory audits.
Act as the main contact for auditors, provide required documentation, explain procedures, and lead on-site inspections.
Review audit findings, perform root cause analysis, and work with departments to implement corrective actions.
Develop and monitor Corrective Action Plans (CAPs), ensuring timely submission of reports and evidence to customers or certification bodies.
Verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and continuous improvement activities to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.

Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 3 years of leadership experience in HSE, Compliance, QA/QC, or Audit.
Fluent in English or Chinese.
Experience handling customer and third-party audits (SMETA, RBA, ICTI, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Higg FEM, etc.).Strong understanding of audit preparation, documentation, site compliance, and corrective action plans (CAP).
