Department: Global Coffee Trade
Reports To: Regional Controller / Head of Apac – Coffee Trading
Job Purpose:

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Responsible for updating trade data into ERP /CRM system (currently Fusion), preparing contracts to support trade and risk management
• Requires Daily input as per standard format for each trade and/or amendment and/or fixation:
o New Contracts (P&S)
o Amend contracts (P&S)
o Fixations (P&S)
o Duly signed contracts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support transparency and efficiency
• Review and ensure the accuracy of data entries.
Required Skills
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Can accept fresh graduates
• Previous experience in the Soft Commodity sector is highly valued
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced level is a plus)
• Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Navision, D365) is a plus
Language & Soft Skills
• Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is mandatory, written and spoken
• Curious mindset with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and process improvement
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Effective communication skills and active listening
• Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
