Clinic Manager

1. Lead & Inspire

• Supervise daily front desk operations to keep patient flow smooth
• Assign tasks, manage schedules, and track team performance
• Be the go-to person for complex patient issues and complaints
• Train and coach new team members to deliver world-class service

2. Elevate Patient Experience

• Ensure every patient feels welcomed and guided through their visit
• Oversee appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and reminders
• Support the team in resolving inquiries with professionalism and care

3. Keep Things Running Smoothly

• Guarantee accuracy in patient records (personal, medical, financial)
• Coordinate between reception, consultation rooms, and treatment areas
• Maintain consistency in documentation (consent forms, insurance, treatment records)

4. Oversee Billing & Insurance

• Supervise payments (cash, card, insurance) and daily invoice tracking
• Help patients understand insurance claim processes
• Ensure reconciliation of payment records with accounting

5. Support Operations & Events

• Monitor front office supplies and readiness
• Assist in organizing patient events, wellness talks, and internal training
• Collaborate with other departments to improve patient flow and service delivery

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• At least 5 years’ experience in management and operations is desirable, and candidates with a background in clinic management will be given preference.
• Female candidates are encouraged to apply, from 25 yrs – 40 yrs
• High fluency in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
• Pleasant appearance, professional, courteous, and confident demeanor
• Hard-working, detail-oriented, and attentive attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Positive, can-do mindset with eagerness to learn medical terms and wellness concepts
