Tuyển dụng Civil Quantity Surveyor (Civil QS) tại Hà Tĩnh

1. Lập kế hoạch sản lượng, tiến độ, ngân sách và kiểm soát chi phí dự án;

Production, Schedule, Budgeting & Cost Control: Plan production output, baseline schedule, and budget; monitor and control project costs.

2. Quản lý khối lượng: Đo bóc khối lượng theo Hồ sơ thiết kế, kiểm tra khối lượng thực tế thi công phù hợp với khối lượng hợp đồng và phù hợp với yêu cầu thiết kế; kiểm tra và xác nhận khối lượng được nghiệm thu do các Nhà thầu thực hiện;

Quantity Surveying & Management: Perform quantity take-offs based on design drawings; verify actual site quantities for compliance with contract scope and design requirements; check and certify interim payment quantities submitted by Contractors.

3. Quản lý công tác thanh – quyết toán: Lập danh mục hồ sơ cần hoàn thiện và kiểm tra Hồ sơ thanh quyết toán do Nhà thầu đệ trình;

Payment & Final Settlement Management: Compile the required documentation list; review and audit payment applications and final accounts submitted by Contractors.

4. Quản lý các thay đổi: Thay đổi thiết kế; Thay đổi chi phí; Thay đổi biện pháp thi công;Thay đổi vật liệu; thay đổi phạm vi công việc, phát sinh và khiếu nại

Change & Variation Management: Manage design changes, cost variations, construction method modifications, material substitutions, scope changes, variations, and claims.

5. Phối hợp và làm việc với Chủ đầu tư, Kỹ sư và các cơ quan liên quan.

Interface & coordination with the Employer, Engineer, and relevant authorities

Interface & Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with the Employer, the Engineer, and relevant authorities.

6. Lập báo cáo thực hiện công việc theo quy định; Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ

Reporting & Records Management: Prepare periodic progress reports in accordance with regulations; organize, manage, and archive project documentation.

7. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác do Công ty phân công.

Ad-hoc Duties: Execute other tasks as assigned by the Management/Company.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (qualified to Senior Civil QS level) → Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật xây dựng hoặc Dự toán công trình.

• Minimum 5 years experience in Constr

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying (qualified to Senior Civil QS level) → Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật xây dựng hoặc Dự toán công trình.

• Minimum 5 years experience in Construction Field (Civil infrastructure experience is MANDATORY) → Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực xây dựng (có kinh nghiệm liên quan các dự án cầu đường, đường sắt là lợi thế).

• Proven experience in Variation & Claim management under FIDIC conditions → Có kinh nghiệm quản lý phát sinh và khiếu nại theo điều kiện hợp đồng FIDIC.

• Experience in Employer/Engineer coordination & public complaint handling → Có kinh nghiệm phối hợp với Chủ đầu tư/Kỹ sư và xử lý khiếu nại từ cộng đồng.

• High software knowledge: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) → Thành thạo phần mềm văn phòng: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Good command of English (Writing & Speaking) → Sử dụng tiếng Anh giao tiếp công việc cơ bản (viết và nói).

- Work Location (Important) : Vu Quang Commune area, Ha Tinh Provice (near Yen Hoi parish church)/

Địa điểm làm việc (Quan trọng): Khu vực xã Vũ Quang, tỉnh Hà Tĩnh (gần nhà thờ giáo xứ Yên Hội)

- Fixed working hours, daily commute:

(Monday ~ Friday, 7:30~17:00, Lunch Time: 11:30~13:00, Sat (flexible depending on the task), Sunday off)

- Giờ làm việc cố định, đi lại trong ngày:

(Thứ Hai - Thứ Sáu: 7:30 - 17:00, Nghỉ trưa: 11:30 - 13:00; Thứ Bảy: linh hoạt tùy theo công việc; Chủ Nhật: nghỉ)

Salary

- Depending on experience / Tùy thuộc vào kinh nghiệm

- Starting salary Minimum 20 million VND/month (up to 30 mil)/ Mức lương khởi điểm tối thiểu 20 triệu VNĐ/tháng (lên đến 30 triệu)

- Overtime pay is calculated separately/ Tiền lương làm thêm giờ được tính riêng
