Civil Project Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the planning and execution of civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and according to quality standards

• Coordinate internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle

• Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, and construction methods to ensure compliance with project requirements

• Monitor project scope, schedule, resources, and risks to support effective project delivery

• Ensure all project activities comply with Nestlé safety, health, environmental, and engineering standards, as well as local regulations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver facility improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and operational enhancement initiatives

• Promote the development and implementation of sustainable and environmentally responsible engineering solutions throughout the project life cycle

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline

• Good command of English

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering, construction project management, or industrial project execution

• Experience working on building, infrastructure, renovation, or facility improvement projects

• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants, and suppliers during project execution

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, industrial, or similar environments is an advantage

Technical Skils

• Good understanding of civil construction, infrastructure works, and construction methods

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents

• Knowledge of project planning, contractor management, and construction safety practices

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment
