Civil Engineer (Solar Projects)

Job Summary

Join Cenergy Power, a leading U.S. solar developer, to design and develop civil engineering solutions for commercial and utility-scale solar projects. You will collaborate with experienced engineers in Vietnam and the U.S. while contributing to sustainable energy development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design civil and structural systems for for Commercial & Solar Farm projects.

• Prepare feasibility studies, engineering calculations, and technical drawings.

• Develop grading plans, drainage systems, access roads, and site layouts.

• Create and maintain 3D civil models using Civil 3D and related software.

• Design foundations and support structures based on geotechnical analysis.

• Ensure engineering designs comply with U.S. standards and local regulations.

• Prepare technical documentation, quality control procedures, and construction manuals.

• Coordinate with engineering teams in Vietnam and the U.S.

• Maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

• Perform other engineering duties assigned by the Engineering Manager.

Must-have Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Experience in civil or structural engineering design.

• Knowledge of foundation design and geotechnical engineering.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and engineering design software.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Experience with solar PV projects.

• Knowledge of Civil 3D, SketchUp, PVsyst.
