Bạn sẽ làm gì?
Thiết kế và phát triển các học liệu như participant manual, facilitator deck và tài liệu hỗ trợ lớp học theo chuẩn Dale Carnegie.
Chuyển hóa nhu cầu phát triển năng lực thành framework, nội dung, hoạt động học tập hoặc các giải pháp đào tạo phù hợp.
Điều chỉnh, cải tiến hoặc phát triển chương trình mới dựa trên mục tiêu học tập, đặc thù người học và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng của DC.
Phối hợp cùng Chuyên gia Huấn luyện và Operations team để nâng cao trải nghiệm lớp học, bao gồm tài liệu, hoạt động thực hành, video, phụ đề và các sáng kiến cải tiến chất lượng chương trình.
Hỗ trợ các dự án phát triển sản phẩm, chương trình hoặc hoạt động liên phòng ban khi cần.

What you will do
Design and develop learning materials such as participant manuals, facilitator decks, and supporting resources aligned with Dale Carnegie standards.
Translate competency development needs into suitable frameworks, content, learning activities, or training solutions.
Adapt, improve, or develop programs based on learning objectives, learner profiles, and DC’s quality standards.
Work closely with Trainers and the Operations team to enhance the learning experience, including materials, class activities, videos, subtitles, and program quality improvement initiatives.
Support new product development, program development, and cross-functional projects when needed.

We are looking for someone with
Strong writing and communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and PDF to create clear, polished, and practical learning materials.
At least 1 year of experience in translation, program development, education, academics, L&D, or related projects.
Structured thinking, clear expression, and a genuine interest in turning complex content into learning experiences that are easy to understand, practice, and apply.
Integrity, positivity, ownership, creativity, care, and a continuous learning mindset.
Experience in education, business analysis, academic projects, or Learning & Development would be an advantage..
