Chuyên Viên Pháp Chế/ Legal Specialist

- Drafting, reviewing, advising on, and managing legal risks for contracts and agreements serving the project (design, construction, procurement of materials, installation of solar power systems, etc.).

- Performing necessary legal procedures during the company's operation and business activities (investment reports, registration of changes to business registration details, etc.).

- Advising and coordinating with relevant departments and government agencies on legal procedures related to investment and operation of solar power projects.

- Advising the company and clients on cooperation structures and investment implementation plans; participating in negotiations, monitoring, and protecting the company's legal rights in transactions and contracts.

- Researching and updating new regulations on renewable energy, proposing solutions for compliance and application of preferential policies.

- Assisting in handling disputes, complaints, debt collection, and litigation procedures when they arise.

- Drafting and reviewing internal legal documents, regulations, procedures, and company records.

- Providing internal legal advice to departments.

- Coordinate and monitor the quality of work of the company's independent law firms/consultants.

- Performing other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Law or relevant.

- At least 5 years of experience in corporate internal legal affairs and/or working at law firms.

- Foreign language: English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Strong legal reasoning, analytical, synthesis, and critical thinking skills.

- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in law, market, and operating models.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in the service trade, construction, electricity, and renewable energy sectors.

- Experience working at Chinese companies or multinational corporations.

- Having a lawyer's license is an advantage.
