Chuyên Viên Kinh Doanh Tiếng Trung - Sales Executive (Chinese Speaking) - Quảng Ninh, Phú Thọ

1. Networking:

- External: To maintain relationship and get inquiries or market information in timely manner with related parties such as Authorities, Agencies, Consulting firms, Banks, Contractors, …

- Internal: Work with departments, collect documents, information on construction progress, project status as required to answer customers

2. Sales Promotion: Organizing or joining the events organized by business associations, agents, Government (FIA/MPI, QEZA, IPA, Associations,

Chamber of commerce etc), …

3. Sales Deals: Carry out transactions, negotiate with customers according to approved sales policies and strategies in each period.

4. Licensing: Support investors and guide consultants properly so that applicants can get IRC/ERC smoothly in timely manner.

5. Regularly update, promptly report to the Sales Manager on the status of the client being negotiated.

6. Handling bad debt with tenants to collect payment/debts.

7. Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Open for fresh graduates of all majors and higher job title for experienced candidates.

- Language: Good at Chinese (equivalent to HSK5 or higher).

- Have good English is an advantage.

- Skills: Good sales, presentation, communication, Microsoft Office.

- Have chances to go on short-day business trips in other provinces and foreign countries.

** Workplace: Candidate can choose 1 of these locations:

1. Amata City Ha Long JSC: Song Khoai IP, Hiep Hoa Ward, Quang Ninh Province (have shuttle buses from Ha Long, Hai Phong, Medical Center Quang Yen Town).

2. Amata City Phu Tho JSC: Viet Tri office and Doan Hung IP, Doan Hung Commune, Phu Tho Province (this is a new business, so candidates need to relocate or live at/near Viet Tri City).

** Working Time: 8:00 - 16:30, Mon - Sat (Employee can work from home on Saturday if there is no training, event or any request from the department).
