- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and business accounts.
- Understand customer logistics needs and provide appropriate freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
- Develop sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and manage the sales process from initial contact to closing.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal operations and relevant teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, and customer development activities.
- Take ownership of sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the Vietnam business.

- Fluent in Chinese, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of logistics/freight forwarding services and customer needs.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Strong business development mindset with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

- Base Salary: Approximately VND 15,000,000 – 20,000,000/month, or negotiable based on experience and interview performance.
- Performance Target: 2 times the monthly base salary.
