Client Relationship (20%)Maintain and develop relationships with assigned clients to ensure long-term engagement and satisfactionReceive briefs/feedback on marketing services from clients, clarify project needs, and consult clients on HEDIMA’s solution offeringsCommunicate project progress and key deliverables clearly and professionally.
Project Management (60%)Lead project timelines, manage internal task allocations, and ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality standardsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, medical, digital, planning) and external vendors (if any) to coordinate seamless executionMonitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial processes (contracts, cash flow, debt) are completed in coordination with accountant/adminManage documentation, reporting, and progress tracking to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction.
Strategy & Planning (20%)Work with planners and medical experts to shape marketing strategies aligned with client goalsSupport in building proposalsContribute ideas on new solutions and innovations for HEDIMA’s solution development.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 2–3 years of experience in account in advertising sectors, marketing, or salesStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and EnglishDigital marketing knowledgeExcellent time management skillsClient-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressureMedical background (Doctor/Pharmacist) or experience in healthcare sector is a plus.
