Tuyển dụng Chuyên Viên Chất Lượng (May Mặc) - Subcontract QA tại Hưng Yên

- Manage quality performance of subcontract factories, including Printing, Embroidery, Bonding and Laser Cutting processes.

- Evaluate subcontractor capability and production readiness for new and critical styles.

- Coordinate pre-production activities, including production planning, color approval and first production approval.

- Monitor subcontract production through inline inspections (100% or AQL) to ensure products meet quality standards.

- Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions with subcontractors.

- Monitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement with subcontract factories.

- Coordinate with Planning, Development, Technical, Production and QA teams to ensure on-time delivery and product quality.

- Support urgent production changes and resolve quality issues during and after production.
 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- College/ Degree in Garment, Textile, Industrial Engineering or related fields.

- At least 3 years of experience in QA/QC, Production or Vendor Quality within the garment industry.

- Experience working with Printing, Embroidery, Bonding or Laser Cutting subcontract factories is highly preferred.

- Good understanding of garment manufacturing processes, AQL standards and quality management.

- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Willing to travel frequently to subcontract factories.
