RESPONSIBILITIES

• Chemical regulatory compliance: Ensure all traded products comply with the Vietnam Law on Chemicals and related decrees;

• Licensing & Permits: Manage and renew mandatory licenses, including Conditional chemical trading licenses, Restricted chemical permits, and Industrial precursor licenses;

• MSDS & GHS management: Create, translate, and verify Safety data sheets (SDS) and labels according to GHS standards to...

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Science;

• Minimum 3 years of EHS experience;

• Familiar with SDS requirements and standards of China, US, Europe;

• Familiar with basic chemicals names and simple features, experienced in specialty electronic chemicals is preferred;

• Familiarity with ISO management systems;

• Deep understanding of Vietnamese Chemicals Law, fire prevention, and environmental protection regulations;

• Proficiency in English...
