Chief Accountant - Kế Toán Trưởng

• Making weekly & KPI report & Join the weekly & KPI meeting
• Checking daily- monthly COH, CIB, receipt, deposit, MT back report of HCM, credit term.
• Checking LFC reports and SGA reports every month
• Check, verify and responsibility for signing all Receipts and all payment requests.
• Input data & check all transactions into the Accounting Software System.
• Make monthly tax reports and submit to Tax Department: V.A.T, C.I.T, P.I.T
• Prepare Income statement & balance sheet every month.
• Make monthly and yearly consolidate financial reports.
• Make monthly and yearly reports to Statistic Department and Authorities.
• Control Fixed Assets follow VAS.
• Prepare book keeping every month.
• Consultant all accounting issues to PIC in branch offices in DAD, HAN and HPH City;
• Maintaining accounting data.
• Audit matters.
• Estimated and prepare annual budgets
• Working with tax office, auditor, Statistic Department.
• Control & management of all accounting issues and find out the solutions;
• Consultant all tax issues
• And other related jobs according to instructions of Board of Directors, make all related reports for HQ.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and related,
- Certificate of Chief Accountant fully acquired.
- Minimum of 3 years experiences as chief accountant and experience working in shipping line is priority.
- Good in English
- Good cross functional and cross cultural communication skills
- Honest, sociable, teamwork spirit and have a fully responsibility in daily jobs
