Chief Accountant (Eng/Chinese Speaking)

• Review all accounting documents before monthly closing
• Control VAT, CIT, and PIT tax declarations, ensuring accurate and timely submission
• Review and approve Financial Statements
• Establish internal control checklists for each accounting function
• Verify and reconcile receivables/payables, inventory, and fixed assets
• Work directly with tax authorities during tax audits and explanations
• Provide accounting guidance and training to accounting staff
• Keep up to date with changes in tax policies and accounting standards
• Proactively identify accounting and tax risks and propose appropriate solutions

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting; having obtained or currently pursuing a Chief Accountant Certificate is preferred
• Proficient in foreign languages: English or Chinese (listening & speaking)
• Proficient in accounting software (MISA, Fast, or equivalent systems)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and office applications
• Strong skills in internal control, financial statement preparation, and financial analysis
• Honest, detail-oriented, and highly responsible
• Able to work under high pressure, especially during month-end closing and tax finalization periods
