Chief Accountant

• Responsible for all aspects of accounts for all related businesses

• Reconciliation in Accounting system, ensuring all items is reconciled regularly and precisely.

(Account Payable, Account Receivable, Bank reconciliation, Balance sheet etc)

• Issuing sale invoices monthly for customers

• Manage Petty Cash monthly

• Making payment to suppliers weekly

• Preparing and analysing Profit & Loss report monthly

• Responsible for daily finance report and month end closing and reporting

• Preparing department and company budgeting

• Responsible for monthly payroll calculation

• Preparing statutory returns

• Contact with tax auditor for tax issue and yearly financial statement

• Support for the preparation of the yearly financial statement

• Responsible for shipment & logistics preparation and arrangement

• Assisting in company administrative duties (eg. Building & facilities maintenance/ office security/

purchase office supplies/ cleaning service etc.)

• Contact with government department for company and employee related issues

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting

• Possess a valid Chief Accountant Certificate

• ACCA or CPA preferable

• At least 7 years of experience in finance/accounting, ideally at managerial level.

• Good knowledge of the practices & problems of Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and ideally GAAP/ international financial reporting

• Skilled in budget control, procurement, financial administration, and in analysis & interpretation of fiscal & accounting records

• Fluent English & Vietnamese in both verbal and written

• Good in analytical and organizational skills

• Strong in MS Excel skills

• Proficiency in Accounting Module, ERP system

• Able to speak Thai is a plus point
