Chartering Development Staff

- Develop and expand breakbulk/bulk vessel chartering business.
- Search for customers with cargo demand such as project cargo, steel, cement, fertilizer, agriculture products, and bulk cargo.
- Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, vessel operators, and international brokers.
- Analyze cargo requirements, vessel suitability, and operational feasibility.
- Monitor vessel positions and match suitable vessels with cargo demand.
- Negotiate freight terms and support Charter Party contract preparation.
- Analyze freight market trends and optimize pricing strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and support business development activities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Maritime, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in chartering sales, shipping, or logistics operations.
- Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and logistics operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Having industry network and market awareness is preferred.
