Cargowise Implementation and Business Process Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

- Support CargoWise System implementation projects across multiple CF Global locations.

- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Country Management, HQ teams, and implementation partners.

- Assist with business process mapping, system testing, UAT execution, and Go - Live preparation.

- Support master data validation, user access setup, and system readiness activities.

- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide post -Go - Live support.

- Assist in developing SOPs, user guides, training materials, and implementation documentation.

- Support finance and billing process validation, including A/R, A/P, invoicing, and reporting workflows.

- Track implementation issues, monitor resolution progress, and support project governance activities

- Promote CargoWise adoption and process standardization across regional offices.

What we’re looking for:

- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline.

- 8– 10 years of experience in freight forwarding and logistics operations.

- Minimum 5 years of hands - on CargoWise experience.

- Participation in at least one full CargoWise implementation project, including UAT and Go - Live.

- Strong understanding of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Import, Export, Consol, and Gateway operations. Experience in user training, process improvement, testing, and issue resolution.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Willingness to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.

- Experience with CargoWise Finance, Reporting, Neo Portal, or Centralized Billing will be an advantage.
