C&B Manager / Senior

1. Job Purpose
C&B Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and governing compensation & benefits strategies across Nafoods Group, covering both Head Office (BO) and Factory operations. This role leads two C&B teams, ensures payroll accuracy, internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with business strategy.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Total Rewards Strategy
Develop and implement total rewards strategy (salary, bonus, incentives, benefits) for both Group and Factory.
Build annual salary review, bonus, and incentive plans aligned with business performance.
Ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness through benchmarking and job grading.
Establish C&B policies, procedures, and governance frameworks across the Group.
B. Compensation & Payroll Management
Oversee payroll operations for Group and Factory, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Review and approve payroll calculations consolidated by Group C&B based on data from Factory C&B.
Manage statutory compliance related to labor law, PIT, social insurance, and internal audits.
Lead payroll system optimization and automation projects.
C. Benefits & Welfare Programs
Design and manage benefits programs: insurance, healthcare, allowances, and employee welfare.
Regularly review benefits effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Total Rewards, C&B, Accounting, or related fields.
5–8 years of experience in C&B / Total Rewards, preferably in FMCG or Manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, payroll, PIT, and social insurance.
Experience managing multi-site payroll and factory workforce is a strong advantage.
Strategic mindset with strong analytical and leadership skills.
