1.     Responsibility:
The role runs the annual and quarterly planning method, scenario analysis, and reconciliation across plan, budget, workforce, capacity and backlog.

*** Management Operating System
Operate the strategy/governance process; coordinate analysis and packs while keeping Accountables separate
*** Strategy, planning and performance
Launch annual and quarterly planning cycles; brief owners and control assumptions/submission standards
Coordinate submissions, challenge completeness and reconcile cross-unit assumptions
Challenge planning logic and scenarios; coordinate non-financial QA and return weak cases
Reconcile plan-budget-workforce-backlog; prepare exception owners and options
Coordinate reforecast/refresh; prepare base/downside and resource/portfolio options
*** Performance integration and exception management
Integrate enterprise performance exception pack and decision requests
Analyse by BU/function, cause category and decision implication
Coordinate validation and resolve data gaps without certifying
Prepare strategy/performance review packs and scenario implications
*** EIPRR (Enterprise Integrated Planning & Resource Reconciliation) process and resource reconciliation
Define and maintain taxonomy, data dictionary and common-ID governance; coordinate owner sign-off
Extend planning calendar, pack and assumption standards to resource domains
Consolidate demand without changing owner content; return incomplete or orphan records
Coordinate domain validation/certification and record status without certifying on behalf
Reconcile sources, quantify gaps and assign exception owner/rout
Bachelor’s degree or above; MBA is preferred, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in Strategy, Planning, FP&A, and/or Performance Management.
Preferred: Multi-BU/e-commerce planning exposure
