Data & AnalyticsControl and analyze our costing data pipeline.
Build and improve BI dashboards for operational and financial reporting.
Optimize the end-to-end data collection, transformation, and visualization workflow.
Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports with clear narrative and actionable recommendations.
Business PartnershipWork directly with the Board of Directors on strategic analysis and decision support.
Collaborate with purchasing, production, and warehouse teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Bridge the gap between data and real operational activities.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
Proven hands-on experience as a data analyst or data scientist.
Strong Power BI proficiency (or similar tool).Proficient in English — written and spoken.
Business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate independently.
