Business Development Support Staff

JOB PURPOSE:

Deliver high quality bus travel experience by ensuring that all customer escalations from the central support team is resolved by working closely with the local field team and bus operators. The role will also provide Management Information System (MIS) support for the Country Head & Business Manager.

0-2 years experience in technical support or business development support is a plus

Strong customer service mindset, good problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel

Intermediate proficiency in English

Will be required to work from office fully, and travel as per business requirements
