Business Development Partner (At Least 3 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales)

POSITION SUMMARY

You will play a key role in expanding the partner network, consulting on strategic leadership development solutions, and shaping the business growth at A&P Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính

• Identify business opportunities, build plans to achieve sales targets.

Xác định cơ hội kinh doanh, xây dựng kế hoạch đạt chỉ tiêu doanh số .

• Proactively consult clients on strategic leadership development solutions.

Chủ động tư vấn giải pháp phát triển lãnh đạo chiến lược cho khách hàng.

• Develop creative initiatives to enhance client engagement and deliver value.

Đề xuất ý tưởng sáng tạo để tăng gắn kết và mang lại giá trị cho khách hàng.

• Provide market insights and suggest improvements to business operations.

Cung cấp thông tin thị trường, đề xuất cải tiến hoạt động kinh doanh.

• Collaborate to deploy high-quality training programs as per client needs.

Phối hợp triển khai các chương trình đào tạo chất lượng theo nhu cầu khách hàng.

• Prepare sales reports and analyze data for business improvement.

Thực hiện báo cáo bán hàng, phân tích dữ liệu để cải thiện kết quả kinh doanh.

• Support building a network of quality trainers/facilitators and consultants.

Hỗ trợ xây dựng mạng lưới giảng viên, tư vấn viên chất lượng.

• Assist in other tasks as required.

Hỗ trợ các công việc khác khi được giao.

Must Have

• University degree.

• At least 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.

• Fluent Vietnamese and English (speaking & writing).

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
