Business Development Manager (Warehousing Solutions)
Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts with clients to ensure the best terms for our company.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the business unit.
Support Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
Update the Sales system – SUGAR – on a daily base with its lates information.
Reports to the Head of sales and Managing Director for the time being.
Any other job assigned by Superior.

HCM: 12Ath Floor, CII Tower, 152 Dien Bien Phu Street, Ward 25, Binh Thanh District, HCMC.
Bachelor’s Degreeor higher in marketing, business management, logistics or any related fields.
Proven experience in sales management within the logistics industry.
Strong understanding of warehousing operations and domestic distribution channels.
Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Outstanding communication skills. Fluently English is a must.
4-9 years experience in the Warehousing fields.
Willing to travel in and out of the country.
Computer literate.
