Business Development Manager/researcher - Furniture

Granford is the exclusive distributor of OPPEIN, one of the world's leading brands in premium whole-house customization and cabinetry solutions.

We are looking for a driven and well-connected Business Development Manager/Researcher to accelerate OPPEIN's growth in Vietnam. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across the architecture, interior design, construction, and real estate industries.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Vietnamese market.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, real estate companies, and other industry partners.

- Generate qualified leads and establish a strong project pipeline.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.

- Arrange meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions with potential clients and partners.

- Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Marketing teams to convert opportunities into successful projects.

- Represent Granford and OPPEIN at industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Strategic Partnerships.

- Strong network within the architecture, interior design, construction, or real estate industry is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

- Good command of English is an advantage.
