What you are going to do
Drive sales and business growth for SaaS solutions across Vietnam.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, contract signing, and account management.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and business owners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and retention.
Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights to improve sales strategies.
Contribute to sales processes, business planning, and future team development.

What we are looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales.
Proven experience selling SaaS products or technology solutions such as:
POS Systems
CRM Solutions
Loyalty Platforms
Payment Solutions
Business Management Software
Strong network and experience working with merchants, store owners, and retail/service businesses.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business development mindset with the ability to work independently.
Native Vietnamese with good English communication skills.
Experience in F&B, Retail, Hospitality, Pharmacy, or Digital Transformation industries is a strong advantage.
Japanese language proficiency and/or experience working in Japanese companies is highly preferred.
