Business Development Executive

- This is a business development role with a regional scope — you’ll work directly with customers, solution teams, and senior stakeholders to grow TMA’s business in key markets.
- We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, communicate TMA’s value clearly, and drive opportunities from first contact to signed deal. If you come from a delivery background — engineering, BA, PM, or QA — and are ready to move into business development, this role is a strong fit. We provide mentoring, structured onboarding into BD, and real opportunities to grow into account management or solution consulting.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
- Prepare and lead customer visits, meetings, and presentations (including overseas travel)
- Host customer visits to TMA — coordinate site tours, technical sessions, and executive meetings
- Attend and represent TMA at business events, conferences, and industry forums
- Coordinate with Solution and Engineering teams to develop proposals, quotations, and solution pitches
- Promote TMA’s solutions and services to drive revenue growth and scale the business
- Conduct market research on technology trends, competitors, and target customer segments
- Support B2B marketing activities: email campaigns, social media, webinars, and events
- Develop and manage marketing materials — case studies, brochures, presentations, website content
- University degree or higher (Business, Technology, or related field)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development — or in a delivery role such as Software Engineer, BA, QA, PM, or Tech Lead
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, procurement, IT leads)
- Good English — both written and spoken
- Genuine interest in business strategy, customer engagement, and technology solutions
