Business Development Engineer (Kỹ Sư Phụ Trách Phát Triển Kinh Doanh Sản Phẩm Địa Kỹ Thuật)

• The Business Development Engineer (BD. Engineer) is responsible for development of new activity and strengthening relation with existing client.

• Identify and develop business opportunities with project owners, consultants, and contractors.

• Prepare technical commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation.

• Conduct technical presentations and secure product specifications and approvals.

• Work closely with technical teams to develop project solutions and cost estimates.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and support project execution.

• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and provide regular sales reports.

• Tìm kiếm và phát triển cơ hội kinh doanh với Chủ đầu tư, Tư vấn và Nhà thầu.

• Chuẩn bị hồ sơ đề xuất kỹ thuật, thương mại, BOQ và hồ sơ đấu thầu.

• Thuyết trình giải pháp kỹ thuật, thúc đẩy việc chỉ định và phê duyệt sản phẩm trong dự án.

• Phối hợp với bộ phận kỹ thuật để xây dựng giải pháp và dự toán chi phí.

• Xây dựng mối quan hệ với các bên liên quan và hỗ trợ triển khai dự án.

• Tuân thủ yêu cầu an toàn lao động và thực hiện báo cáo định kỳ

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng hoặc các ngành liên quan.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development.
Ít nhất 5-7 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực kinh doanh B2B và phát triển thị trường.

• Experience in specification sales within construction, building materials, infrastructure, geotechnic engineering, or related industries is highly preferred.
Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm bán hàng dự án/ sản phẩm đặc thù trong lĩnh vực xây dựng, vật liệu xây dựng, hạ tầng, sản phẩm địa kỹ thuật.

Skills | Kỹ năng

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
Khả năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt bằng tiếng Anh.

• Good negotiation and closing skills.
Kỹ năng đàm phán và chốt hợp đồng hiệu quả.

• Strong client relationship management capabilities.
Khả năng xây dựng và phát triển quan hệ khách hàng tốt.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and AutoCAD.
Thành thạo Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) và AutoCAD.
