1. Job Summary
As part of the marketing team, you'll help bring Matte's brand to life across every touchpoint. You'll support campaigns, product launches, and everyday brand communication by creating engaging social content, coordinating creative production, and ensuring a consistent brand experience that reaches new audiences while strengthening connections with existing customers.
2. Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Execution:
Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns, seasonal promotions, collaborations, and product launches across online and offline channels. Coordinate timelines, creative assets, and cross-functional communication to ensure timely and consistent campaign delivery.
Social Media Management:
Own the day-to-day execution of Matte's social media channels by planning content, publishing posts, and coordinating with photographers, designers, creators, and influencers. Ensure all content reflects the brand's personality, tone of voice, and visual identity.
Content Development:
Generate creative content ideas that strengthen brand awareness, showcase products, and engage the community while staying relevant to social trends and audience interests.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media interactions and support community conversations to maintain a positive brand presence and enhance customer engagement.
Marketing Coordination:
Work closely with Operations, Product Development, Creative, and external partners to ensure marketing activities are executed accurately, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor campaign and social media performance using key marketing metrics. Prepare regular reports, identify insights, and recommend improvements to optimize future campaigns and content performance.
2+ years in marketing, with that time concentrated in F&B, hospitality, or closely adjacent consumer brands.
