Booking Senior Staff (Air Logistics)

Secure booking space and effective consolidation for air outbound shipments:
Receive air outbound information of shipments from CS team
Create the job and input cost due carriers
Track and update shipment status with all concern
Handle air export from co-loader:
Receive air shipment information from customers, book & confirm with airlines
Make the quotations & advise for co-loader
Track the customer’s payment
Secure space for the demand and optimize procurement:
Check, compare and monitor to ensure the best competitive rates for each shipment
Collect/update buying rates
Yêu cầu:
Degree of university graduation and equivalence, better in logistics, supply chain or foreign trade.
At least 2-year experience in freight forwarding and logistics operation.
Good English communication & writing.
Able to use Microsoft Office
